Brothers i am looking for a small house or plot with easy access to islamabad. Looking at map faizabad to fazia colony looks good.I dnt wana spend too much as i live abroad with family, but my eldest is studying in karachi dar al aloom to become an alim in sha allah.
I need a little property which can generate little rental income to keep him going.
Can you pls suggest some areas which are safe, clean with good rental potential,with properties around 50lakh.

Manzoor sab i suggest you to invest in Proper cda sectors of islamabad. If you are interested in rental income then go for commercial shop it will return you double rent than residential property, second option you can buy a flat for rental value which is also a good investment.sincere sugestion
