Hi everyone,
For past 6 months i am hearing from certain sources as well as some articles over the internet.
But as far as i see the prices of property are still the same or have gone up rather than coming down.
Is there any truth about "the bubble will burst soon" sayings ?
There are millions of overseas pakistani, who are always ready to invest in Pak property. As long as that flow is there, property is not coming down.To me Reduction of 1 or 2 million in 1.5 crore property is not a bubble burst.
Regards
You are right Pak Lover.
I think the prices have started rising again at least in old booking Bahria Enclave files. You are right, reduction of 1 to 2 lacs is not a big deal, as every thing can not go higher and higher all the time.
Thanks
I dont think that the real estate sector of Pakistan is approaching towards a property bubble. Yes, sometimes the prices do fall but that to me is just an adjustment.
May ALLAH bless us all in this world and hereafter. Aameen.

Agreed with Zain. If property prices are not stable or going up and down then it does not mean that bubble will brust. It is property life cycle when rates go up and down. If you have a property and would like to construct then I can refer you some good architects who are offering good rates for construction and interior designing. Don`t worry and go for investment where you find cheap property.
Ups and downs are part of this.
The rates will gain more momentum and prices will rise after budget.
@Mr. Khan, I don’t really see enclave prices going up even in old map. Plots which were available in 80-90 before are now available in 70-75. That’s what my observation by talking to some dealers.
Thanks Mr Khan. And welcome back Sir.
Regards
Thanks everyone for your feedback.
I am also of the same view that there are some ups and downs in the prices. But there is nothing any sort of bubble burst.
Also the overseas Pakistanis are always pouring in their investments, which will not bring the prices down.
Lets see in coming few months.

Dear Pak Lover, thanks a lot.
Dear Ehsan,
Prices of 5 & 8 marla in Bahria Enclave have risen considerably over the last week or so, you can check that from market right now.
The general 10 marla were around 70 to 75 lacs, and they have never touched level of 90 at any time. They are still around 70 lacs, so, there is no decrease what so ever, other than 1 to 3 lacs ups and down depending upon the urgency of seller. Good location plots of 10 marla were around 90 lacs and are still around 90 lacs. If you can arrange 10 marla cornor, boulevard or park facing around 70 to 75 lacs on cash payment, I will be obliged for this deal.
Regards
Dear Mr Khan, I have a plot in BE1 of 10 marla, corner but still not allocated on map. I heard it is going to be allocated very soon. Plot no is 1 and street is 1B. Sadly it never came on the map. How much will be its worth now. Can I get a confirmed offer.
It should be around 60 at the moment…
Thank you Mr. Khan
