No news in several years from CDA to develop new sector in Islamabad City. They are publish news in last year to announce two sector in C series but unfortunately they are failed to provide good housing scheme to people of Islamabad. Can this government turnover to provide housing scheme in new sector through CDA.

Nothing official has come from the CDA regarding the launch of new community in Islamabad, as per my information is concerned… Somehow true!

CDA is not past, for living CDA is still the present and hopefully will be the 1st choice for living in future as well.
I'm smelling Bahria specially the enclave factor
For investments yes DHA and Multi is the future.

V true IS-base. What CDA needs is a crazy General as chairman and you will see how it regains its position for living as well as investment. There are a lot of land mafias occupying CDA land who are backed by private societies and corrupt politicians. An unfortunate fact is that most of CDA employees are working in hand with these land mafias and pvt societies.
DHA/ Multi and Bahria have no doubt much higher development and maintenance standards but CDA too has a class of its own only if sincere leadership is there.
