Being new to the market, just wondering if I can buy plots directly from the housing society, e.g., MPCHS, Top City, etc.? Or do I have to go through a broker? Will appreciate your input.

It depends if you find a direct owner than its vey good or if the society is selling the plots directly which happens when its launched.after a while the dealers mainly do the buying and selling. Chances of find the real owners of the plot are always slim but not impossible

You better call the housing society to know if they have any plots unsold. Otherwise, you will need to find direct seller to avoid involving an agent in your deal.
