I m co-owner in khasra no 569 consist of 3 canal and 19 marla…One has buy 1-11 marla and got his possession. The other bought 1 canal 19 marla and has his possession…There is 9 marla left…Which i build and the owner of 1-11 also took the possession of my 9 marla building illegaly…Their is a civil suit in the court from our side since 2006…We got 2 time decree in our favour…Then the act changed in 2012…Now in execution other parties are not intersted in partition…Even the property is partible…They want auction and the court is going for it…Now ny build property for which m fighting for 13 years is going for auction…And i dont want to lose it…What should i doo…???
