You are taking about 30 x 60 street and there is not any development at 30 x 60 lines that's why rates are stable there and due to encroachment it will be stable next few months but prices of 40 x 80 and 600 sq yards will appreciate as development work is begin in that streets. :)
Dear Shah gi With very respect you are saying the truth because you are in the business of real estate and having much information about these things. But on my end a plot sold by some person having mobile # 0333-5161469 (who gave add in Sunday news paper Jang having plot number 649 of size 30 x 60 F-16/4 next to main 60 feet road demanding 10.25 Lac profit) in just 7.80 lac profit. Also add in last Sunday Jang Newspaper 50 X 90 plot # 394 in F-16/4 demanding 12 Lac profit sold in just 11.5 Lac profit (both adds are avaliable with contact numbers in last sunday jang newspaper). Amazing thing is that when i call them Monday to get information and then on Thursday both were sold.
Dear brother Rizi i am sorry if you mind some thing plot 592 30 x 60 f -16 /4 sold out in 9 la c 60 thousand profit in front of me as i am witness of that transfer case you can check from jkchs office so for me 7. 8 lac profit for any plot is impossible or just lack of information or false statement of any dealer in f -16/4 30 x 60 size. By the way i by myself is buyer of any 30 x 60 plot which is selling in 9 lac profit and by the way in that profit i am ready to buy all available options in sector f-16/4 200 sq yards you are saying about 7.8 lac profit so will give you one lac 20 thousand profit on every plot.
and by the way for 50 x 90 normal plot i already told u that 11 or 12 lac is good profit but for that you have to wait and search for any good option and whenever you get any good option from any dealer just go and give them a token money because still in market options are less then buyers. and that is an acceptable price but 7.8 lac is unbelievable price. By the way one of our forum user Mr waqas sold his plot of 30 x 60 in f-16/3 on 8 lac profit one month ago then 7.8 lac profit in 4 is really amazing
Brother Rizi i always pray for you that you get a good plot in a very reasonable price and one thing else sir i am not an authority or final opinion i can be wrong i am just an ordinary person like all other members and trying to share my personal experience or daily market updates from all of our brothers and sisters who cant access market directly.
Dear Brother Syed Ibrahim i am ordinary user and do not know market prices market ups and downs. That was specific example and i am not professional buyer. Also i am not interested in 30 x 60 size plot. Just for checking i call when i read in sunday adds in Jang newspaper because an add of F-16 was appeared after a long time and information i got i shared. Almighty ALLAH knows better that he was telling me a lie or true price. (plot number 649 of size 30 x 60 F-16/4) This person was not dealer as he told me on phone he was owner. Do not mind dear i was just sharing my information. I am not dealer and do not know plot prices and do not owner of two many plots.

Rizi bhai nothing to mind no need to applogise its discussion dont be so formal. keep in touch with market and dealers you will get a plot in your range and dont miss plot on 25 or 50 thousand difference if location is good.All the best
