Last year i planned to buy a plot 500 yards in dha phase 8 (d' cutting) and price was 10-11m. Now, someone can tell me what are exact prices in same location.
Just for info. I saw advertisements at web site its showing that prices almost doubled, is this really a case or just hike.

After 2011 prices of phase 8 increased from 70% to 100% like creek vista or in case of plots zone b which is now nearly 18-22 m.In zone e you may find in 11-12m.Better talked to shafi jakvani of citi associates.Not only the top operator of defence and clifton,also very nice and informative person.Phase 8 and other parts of dha reaches near top(further increase not more than 5-7%) and than coming down.Always clear your intentions as if you want to invest,think again and check other options like dck or commissioner housing society(will post an article regarding this in few days).Or if you want to buy for residence than wait year or two.Can guide you better after election results.
