1. Development of ring road southern loop is about to start having its interchange at adda plot.
2. General increase in prices on the raiwind road side.
3. Widening of raiwind road is also going on.
4. Lda avenue-1 enjoys an excellent location as compared to other societies & possessionable plots are available here.
5. The electricity in-fracture has been completed and within 1 month are so light would be available.
6. The society good block are only 2 minutes drive from dha-eme society where price of 1 kanal is above 2 core and in lda-avenue1 prices are still within reach.
7. Lda management has opened its new one window cell office in f-block to deal with lda- avenue1,jubilee town and mohlanwal scheme affairs.
