I am looking for one kanal plot in sector 3. But state agents tells different prices for same plot. Could anyone advice on genuine and reasonable estate agent to contact and any price guide for this area please.
Stay away because there is one of basic issue is water and Poor development.
More better to go to Bahria phase8 where almost same or little high prices but good development with all basic facilities.
