Price of plots in G-13/4 of 25*40 plots

I want to ask about the prices of 25*40 plots in street 117 in G-13/4?

In that street prices are around 42-43 lac for non corner plot.

You are always welcome. For corner plot price should be around 45 to 47 lac.
