Price of a 30*50 House in G-9/4?

Salam everyone,

I was planning to sell my house in G-9/4 (1500 SQFT.) The condition of the house is just okay and needs repair. I was thinking to sell this and buy one in any other area as the size of the plot is small.

Can some one please tell me the price of the house in the current condition. Contains 4 Bedrooms, 2 toilets and Dinning room, Lounge & storage room.

30 x 50 house range starts from 85 lac and goes up till Rs 1 crore 20 lac depends on location construction and renovation. As you said your house is old and need renovation so it will be around 90 to 95 lac but actual figure can be guess after plot number.
