Dharampura is an old area with no standard pricing as in established and modern projects like DHAs, Bahria, Sui Gas, Lake City, LDA, etc.
Therefore, I would highly suggest to get hold of someone from the area who knows the prevailing market value of this commercial plot.
Location is good, as Shami Road that passes by Fortress becomes Infantry road. So it must have good access.
Despite over-supply, commercials in Lahore are twice as expensive as in Isl/Rwp. They range from 1 to 2 cror per marla in high-end areas.
