What is the current price range for 1kanal plot in bahria phase 8 rawalpindi

Quite frankly I feel that prices in Bahria Phase 8 are very in terms of value for money. I mean this location is very far and not even inside the limits of Zone V. In fact it is outside Islamabad Capital Territory.

Partly the very high price is due to the reputation of Bahria and its development standard; and partly this is due to heavy advertisement. So in effect the consumers are indirectly paying for the Bahria marketing cost.

This is why Bahria buyers are paying a big premium for a location that is inferior compared to Zone II societies such as cabinet division society, ministry of interior society. Form these societies you can reach Zone I in a few minutes by car.

This shows the power of advertisement and effective marketing.

Sir as we all know that zone 2 societies are near Islamabad, still they are not livable in my point of view. There are two sectors which are quite livable i.e g-15 and f-17… Development of zone 2 is just nothing which lacks all the basic infrastructure… All the above mentioned society lacks basic infrastructure… And one thing for sure, people are not goof that they just go and buy a plot in Bahria Town after seeing their attractive advertisement… They first investigate about each and every scheme and then they decide as nobody throws his hard earned money merely by seeing attractive advertisements… Obviously if Bahria town is attracting such a large number of head count there must be some solid reason for that. All the cda sectors e.g 1-12,13,14,15,16 are just undeveloped and unlivable because of negligence and poor performance of cda. They are not developing them for years and years… Sir dha and bahria are one of the biggest brands now and zone 2 society can just beat them in geographical location otherwise zone 2 has no other plus point. G-15 and f-17 are just developed because they are handed over to private developers otherwise their future was no different from rest of the I sectors. Only lucrative investment in zone 2 is g-15 and f-15 right now. Rest of the investments are very very long term and it will take years and years to flourish… When international brands start approaching some society even if it is not densely populated, this means that it will be one of the most favorite location from investment as well as living view point because international chains first see, plan and then invest.
