Price Idea 25x50 In I-14/2 Islamabad

I need a quick price idea of 25x50 corner level plot in 1-14/2. Any help and near to actual price idea will highly appreciated.

For residential plots in I-14, the average per marla rate is 5+ lac. So, for a 6 marla plot, you can expect to get something more than 30 lac. Since its a corner plot, the rate can be higher.

Why are you interested in I-14?

U can get a level corner 5 marla plot around 28 to 30 lac in sec i 14 /2 normal plot range is 26 to 27 lac level plot.

Thank you syed ibrahim bhai. If I am getting a Corner level plot of 25x50 in I-14/2 in 2980K , is it good, and any suggestion to keep it for next 6 month, is ROI is good int this plot ?

I agree with syed ibrahim but if you will give exact plot number then u can get better estimates.

Plot number is 1064 i/14-2 if some one have map he can suggest me better.

You are getting it on a reasonable price but prices may drop more in I-14 as prices in I-14 and I-16 are declining from past 3 months. Reason being CDA and NHA cancelled the ill-planned road for the New Airport, which had to pass through I-14 and I-16, you have many more better options.

You can go for Top City, AWT, Faisal Town (Files at the moment, but great potential for short term investment, as making is coming soon and balloting to follow, and then start of development).

Dont go for top city nothing on ground go and visit both top city and mumtaz city i think mumtaz city is way better.

3 million is a very good budget and check out cdechs its far better then i 14 as direct clear access from gt road in e 16 u can get 10 marla corner plot around 25 to 28 lac good location plot and in e 17 u will find a level one kanal plot around 3.5 million.
