A year before demand was PKR 175000 to 250000 but current demand per Marla is PKR 550000 to 650000.
During recent days abnormal price hike has been observed for plots in WAPDA Town phase-1 & 2 Multan. Is it artificial and will return down soon?
A year before demand was PKR 175000 to 250000 but current demand per Marla is PKR 550000 to 650000.
Price hikes does seem to be artificial but this does not mean that prices will decline. However prices should not rise for the next few years, even now I feel sorry for the average person in Pakistan as owning a house seems like a dream to them now. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer.
