Price hike in ghauri town

Does any one know what is going on in the ghuari town?

I have a plot in ghauri town phase 7. 15 days before i was getting an offer of 235,000/marla and today i got an offer of 280,000/marla for the same plot but another dealer said that its not right time to sale, it will gain some more in next couple of weeks.

Now i am thinking of my decision about one plot which i sold in ghauri town phase 4c around 15 days before (wrong time :( ) and got one in gulberg residencia.

I think wait and watch

@ Xprince…Sir never regret on something like this…Allahko yahee manzoor thaa…My uncle got an offer of 128 lacs for his g-14/4 plot when 1 kanal plot in phase 4 bahria was 65 lacs and he could have have easily bought two boulevard plots by adding some more amount and i advised him to do so but he had not done that,now that single plot in phase 4 is worth 1.5 crores and his g-14/4 plot is worth 145 lacs only…So this does not mean that one should start regretting…Jo naseeb main hota hai mil jata hai…Btw your decision in long term will be more fruitful in my view…

Ghouri Town is getting expensive property.It is not less than any other in term of rates.It has given great profit margin to owners always. That's why I am optimistic about Greens as location of both society are ideal.

yes in term of rates Ghauri town is not less than any other.

In 2011 I had an investment of 1.3 million and I invested that in Ghauri town just to increase my money and to build my own house and now it is about 3.7 million and now I can build a small house in Ghauri town Alhamdulillah.

But for living I don't like Ghauri town due to its poor development. So now I got one in Gulberg for living purpose. Now Allah knows best that what will happen :) if it will be in my Destiny to live in my own home then I definitely will InshaAllah :)

Gulberg will take time, if you closely observe Ghouri town, & search for good location, close streets, then it can be better choice to live here.

Recently,I came through a news: 1 kanal is sold for 84 lac. Proves that it has maintain prices.

On this rate you can imagine that somehow DHA has same price tag for 1 kanal.

Yes it would be...becasue location of ghauri town is the huge plus and it gave a huge commercial and shops are already been running there, phase 5, 5a, 5b, 4a, 4b been populated very rapidly. But that is not a properly planned colony due to which I dont like it for living purpose as you can't find any street light in whole ghauri town, there is no drainage of rain water besides the roads, poor road quality and once it gets broken no one there to repair it, some phases does not have gas as well. But still I love ghauri town as it gave me decent return on my investments :)

And it is really a secure investment as they used to start development very quickly and I never thought like prices will go down.

Let the dust settle, Ghauri town is gambling.

Haha so the zone 4 including Ghouri town, gulberg etc all is gamble …?? Right

Ghouri Town was never gamble for a layman, neither it will be in future. Note my words

Form investor point of view: Here anyone purchase plot, wait sometime, then sale it on handsome amount.Its happening here from since 2005.

If anyone never been involved in Ghouri Town sale/purchase, then my request is never blame it to be gamble....

Exactly ghauri town is the very secure option for any layman. Even some big investors are investing in ghauri town and they prefer it over BT because market of ghauri town stays very stable.
