Dear friends,
I am getting a 25*50 plot in g-14/4, st.36, plot no.591, 3rd to corner.
Price is 74,00,000.
Is it an over valued or justified price to enter into and finalize the deal.
And i am interested in another plot 25*40 in g-13/1. It is corner plot but price is 70,00,000.
Is this the trading price or is it over valued. Will anyone consider to buy at this price in today market as mostly non corner plots are in the range 62-65.
I am buying these plots for investment only and not for construction.
