Dear all we have some confusions regarding property which is needed to be solved. 1)we have a house registered in the name of our father.Now that both mother and father died.Now what documentation and procedure is required if we legal heirs want to sell this house.We have succession certificate but not mentioned this house in it because while we were making succession certificate the lawyer said the house will be transferred to our name in a corporation.
2)leaving our specific case, what in general legal procedure and documentation required for the selling and buying of a property.That the property legally registered to our name which we buy and the property legally register to the person to whom we sell our property.
3)how many marlas are made of the land having front boundary wall 106 feet back boundary wall 77 feet, left hand side boundary wall 91 feet and right hand side boundary wall is 41 feet.How will this be calculated? Thanks a lot in advance. Peshawar.
