Pre-launching investment oppurtunity in i-8 commercial

I-8 markaz is having a new project coming up. Pre-launching rates have been circulated. 30 % increase will be done after launching it in march -2016.

Ground Floor Sqft is 70000 ~ 72000

LG is 55000

first floor is 35000 till 45000

second floor is 40000

On Launching in April it will be 30 % increased.

I am not a agent, i am just trying to give an awareness for the people specially overseas who would like to contribute and get benefit out of it.

I personnally have booked 3 outlets all of them on the ground floor by paying the down payment of 33 % of the total price. Rest would be on quarterly installments after launching the project.

@ nauman sb for ground floor 72000 per sqft is totally overpriced.Not worth it at this price.

Find me saadi a shop on ground floor less 75000 i would be honoured in cda sectors

@ Nauman its not a matter of price,its a matter of investment opportunity and ROI…a 300 sqft would cost more than 2 crore which is insane and that too in i-8 markaz not at any main location.there can be much better utilization of this amount.AND ABOVE ALL YOU ARE AT A DISPOSAL OF PRIVATE BUILDER. WOH SIYAH KARAY YA SAFAID AAP KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTAY.

Well saadi i dont know u but i know myself and my investment in emporium plus safa gold mall … I had gained from them where the rates are above 120000 sqft in mar 2015.i dont know the latest. Commercial are always high but it has a higher roi … I can bet you in this that within 6 to one year time of span i would be able to gain 40% which i already did in emporium mall in f 10. I have opened this forum to overseas folks who knows how much efforts are done to gain or save money.i m not publicizing it to gain commission but to assist my fellow expats plus the world is open to everyone no body is pressuring some one to literally invest. I have seen dirty politics on this forum so please if there is anyone trying to do that just to divert overseas pakistani like us please refrain as Allah is watching us.

@ nauman sb..There is a difference of scale between safa gold mall, emporium mall and i-8 markaz.The former two are no doubt surely the best.

@ ehsan..Sir commercial is always a game of money and location.It requires big investment.I personally see f-10,f-11 shops and some commercial location locations of dha 2 as on of the best.

If the former are great than its the same owner in this I 8

I have done my relative study on all these issues. Let me tell you about my story

Was working in isb and brought up by an average family whoes head spent 35 years in medinah day and night to bring us on a level where we can stand.

While working in isb i had a dream and its still valid uptill now to have our family house. Been roaming around with these investors where to get our savings reasonable enough to buy or construct house.

After going into non possession then into flats and then into possession plots i came to a conclusion that commercial is the best. But if u go to a 100 sqft shop in f 10 or g 11 the price is not less than 2 crore or may b 3 crore. An overseas pakistani specially in middle east can have saving approx roughly 35 lacs.for him the installment plan is the best. But ror in residential isnt matchable w r t commercial.

This blog isnt for billionare ppl who can guide us where to invest. Its from a middle east overseas pakistani who likes to see his folks halal money to be worth investing though its a black market.

Emporium launching prices were par less then galleria mall launching prices now & other thing Emporium location wise is par better then galleria mall. Some body may gain in Emporium, which does not mean that there be another quick buck, I do not see that in galleria the owner want to left some juice for investor.Let him enjoy alone, there is nothing for us.untill they brings the prices less then Emporium.U can not persuade us in this dead investment on the name of “pre-launching prices”, we all know, What is this.Come on
