What if you did not acquire property documents from old owner?
We are in process of buying house and done with byanah.
The seller is suspicious person.As he told us that he has lost his registry which is only two year old document, we got more suspicious...We wants to cover our self from any future trouble.
As per patwari record there is no court or bank liability on house ...
Q1: what could the possible reasons for him saying that he lost his registry ? ( like he might handed over to some individual and taken loan )
Q2: possible precautionary measures ? He will get attested copy from kachehry and proceed for fard etc ..But how we cover our self from some future problem
