Has anyone done this? I know its normal for people to sell half constructed houses but is there an alternate possibility of exchanging perhaps? The reason i ask is because if the house is used for residential purposes, its more convenient to just move directly rather than to a rented accommodation for a few months, not to mention the risk of sudden price increase/decrease in houses.
