I am interested in buying a possession plot in Zone 5. I have explored most of the societies there. I really like Naval Anchorage but its way too expensive, Bahria and Defence are way out of budget.
I have narrowed my search down to CBR and River Garden.
Can anyone point me to the right direction as to whether which is better and why. I would like to build a house within the next 4-5 years.
Any suggestions?

Sir in dha you can get a one in N block but you have to wait for possession and for getting the things in shape…Rest i think soan gardens is reasonable to invest…
Saadi, does this include all dues clear and what is size available in DHA? How long before possession?
@ AQ kashmiri sb…Sir yes its all dues clear…What we are speculating is that possession can be given in 1 to 1.5 years but no official verdict by dha on possession…Dha includes 5 marlas,10 marlas and 1 kanal in different blocks…

What are the chances of them imposing extra development charges? Is development in full swing and likely to be giving possession in 2 years or so?
Which is best block in Soan Garden?
Sir i dont thin so any development charges will be imposed now..All basic infrastructure is complete and chances are bright for possession with in 1.5 years..
I think E block is best in soan gardens..

Back of FOECHS and I-16. The access is bit compromised but speculation factors are very high. The ring road and haji camp route

Soan Garden is better than PWD Korang Town and Pakistan Town.
CBR Town is much better than Soan Garden due to comparatively more open spaces and town planning, Under Groubd Electricity At one stage 1 3060 plot Price of Soan Garden was equal to 4 3060 plots in CBR. Now CBR prce is more or equal. Visit area and then decide.
