What is the situation of pn farms / naval farms on simly dam road right now? Are their any pitfalls to be aware of? I heard that pn farms does not have its noc from cda yet, although they have launched phase-ii extension now. Any information with regards to investment potential, buying to build, location, law-and-order etc. Is welcome.
NoC for PN forms is not a problem. They will manage. DHA, Air Force and PN have not issues in NoCs type things
Not so investors attractive place. To build and live, you have to be a very anti-social person :).
