What impact on nearby societies with this development? Also which societies will cash this news? Which will actually get benefit. Will this news bring more investors in this area and prices will rise?
I personally feel that it will have a positive affect on the prices of near by societies. Most probably the doubts regarding road link to the new airport will be removed if addressed by PM in his visit , which is likely.

The new zero point will be B-17, B block 
The natural new 0-Point is the intersection of GT Road and Kashmir Highway. Why?
Because on one side the New Islamabad Airport, on the second side Zone-1 Islamabad, third side Rawalpindi, fourth side Zone-2 and Motorway! Phir yahi banta hey 0-Point.
This is why this is the natural new 0-Point!

Yes PECHS stands to benefit the most because of its progressive infrastructure development and accessibility factor. Mumtaz City will also be better off as it has given posession to some blocks. Top city despite of its location has not developed anything substantial and stands to lose because of this. Again this is my opinion, people can differ but i prefer to state things how i see them.

According to previous plan new Zero pt will be M1/M2 Junction. I agree with Ch. Shahid sb. M1/M2 will be the Zero Pt. According to my sources, 3 plans for road network has been handed over to Shujaat Azeem.
1):- Thalian Route---is favored by Shujaat Azeem even for Main Traffic. But RDA, CDA, NHA(to some extent) is opposing it. If it is not approved as Main Road, then Thalian will remain as road for Chakri etc. & for cargo.
2):- I-14,I-15 Haji Camp Route---Rare chance of its approval because:-
i) it has already been rejected by PC on technical grounds ii) PM already approved for expansion of KH-Golra section III) March 14th was the last date of submission of KH section III tender.
So, very very rare chance of this route.
3):- Now the only possible route left is M1/M2 Junction, thru Top City-1 / Mumtaz City with the conditions of Restricted Access.
Restricted/Fenced does not mean that residents of these H societies will have no access for Airport.
A very Important Development today was the launch of Khudadad City, owned by Anjum Aqeel. It is its 3rd launch. Now it seems that there is some very solid reason behind this launching. In my opinion, this development shows the possible approval of Link Road thru M1/M2. In this way Khudadad city will be connected to M1/M2 thru Mumtaz city (hardly 1 km). Remember, Anjum Aqeel is very a close associate of PM. So, i am sure PM's visit will have a very Positive impact on this region. Rest Almighty Allah knows better.

In my view, G-15 (jkchs) and then G-16 (Interior) will benefit most from the New Zero Point as soon as they get access on Motorway Link Road (Kashmir Highway). One way access is already approved.
At that time price difference between G-14(zone 1) and G-15 (zone 2) will become narrower inshaAllah.

I can clearly see the people want to shift the Zero point near their investment place....
But it is not possible at all.....
