Plots in d-17 d-block and f-15/1 extension

I bought a plot in each sector for about 12 lakhs each. Both are from investment point. My goal is to buy 40 x80 house in i-8 by selling these properties and adding some cash i have in next 4-5 years.

D-17 - d block 30x70 - bought in 2005 - Rs. 12 lakhs F-15/1 extension - 30x60 - bought in 2007 - Rs. 12 lakhs.

I need to know what can i get if i decide to sell these today. Also is there a chance of further appreciation, say in next 2-4 years? Should I wait for another 2-4 years, for better price?

What are other good options to invest Rs. 25 lkhs?

Your both plots are on profit rite now. I am not sure about F-15/1 plot but your D-17 plot price rite now is above 30 Lacs, as i sold my plot in D block D-17 before two months in 29 Lacs. I would recommend you to keep them for at least 2 more years, as Fateh Jang Airport launch will impact the prices in positive terms in Zone 2 and now it's time. Zone 2 as a whole is getting expensive, so, wait for sometime.

If you want to invest Rs.25 lacs, you can opt to purchase a plot in Bahria Enclave 5 marla, or a 5 marla block in Bahria Town Phase 8, or a 7 marla plot in B-17.

I am kind of worried as someone told me it was not a good investment at the time I was buying it.

Is F-15/1 Different than F-15/1 - Extension?

I don't precisely know about f-15/1 but last time I checked 5-6 months ago, the f-15 sector is similar price guide of 30x60 is around 28-45lakhs dependant upon which subsector and exact location. But prices have increased since then, so im unsure of what the exact value is...

F-15 prices are pretty high and a safe investment.

I agree with nasir saab, keep until new airport gets operational, then prices will increase further.
