Hi, I bought a plot in Bhara Kahu Islamabad near Bahria Town Enclave. I paid full payment almost year ago. When I am asking from the property dealer they always saying that the government deployed Section 4 therefore they cannot transfer it now I have to wait. I have a plot clearance letter from them with a proper file along with all payment receipts etc. Please advise what I should do in case. The plot size is 10 Marla.

This is outside of BT. I paid the payment but still the plot is not transferred to my name. I have the file and clearance letter. I don’t want to sell it
