Please advise minimum price of a plot in Bahria Phase 3.
10 marla 7.5M infront of soan river… Soil quality not good lot of filling and basement is confirmed by bahria site engineers@ Akbar
A normal plot near mosque/park/commercial is around 90 lacs +/- 5 lacs. I won’t recommend you buying anything near Soan river and as Junaid mentioned soil quality is very poor and most of the houses got the dampness issue or cracks etc.

I think plot having 1400-1500 series are not good as its exactly infront of soan …
Hmm…I don’t think 1400 series is in front of soan, it is rather close to the central park and commercial. Any plots towards the conrnice road are more impacted by soan river.
you think 1700 and 1800 would be ok in 90 plus?

Akbar its price tag is 80-85 maximum nowadays …
