Plot or Flat in 7 mil in twin cities

Can you please guide me what would be the best option to buy for investment purpose in next 1 month in twin cities. Budget is under 7million pkr.
Would appreciate senior members response.

if you want to gain profit and want to do as an investment than go for plot if you want get monthly income then go for flat, usually flats don’t appreciate as good as the plots in isb/rwp

I would suggest to see 5 marla in Faisal Town Block C, Isb and Other than that Airport Green Garden is a good option or go for CDA sector I-16 in your budget
Flats see E-11 or G-13

A 10 Marla in bahria phase 8 in Orchard or in extension

8 Marla in DHA valley only in balloted blocks, preferably in Bluebell.
DHA-3, 8 Marla in army allocation in under development plot without litigation.
Fizaia Tarnol in executive block very good in near future In Shaa Allah.

in FMC you can get a plot in 300-600 series between constructed houses. Its far secure investment compared to Faisal Hills, B-17 F and G Blocks as the location is far superior than those blocks. as this area is populated and near to major markets and schools. But my priority list would have this if i had same budget:

  • I-15 cutting plot or I-16 fully developed plot, I think in few months I-15 prices will cross 90 lac plus.
  • Faisal Town C Block may be you have to hold it for a little longer but it can yield you good returns if Kashmir highway access get materialised.
  • DHA 3 as suggested by Qayyum sb.
  • Green Enclave 1 balloted cutting plot you can get a good 30x60 plot. as work on bara koh bypass has started and margalla avenue phase 2 will connect directly to GE so distance from blue area and secretariat will be hardly 7-10 km.
  • FMC or B-17 25x50 or faisal hills 30x60
