Assalam alaikum!! I want to buy a plot in islamabad but i don’t live here.I have been looking for a property since few months and after research i have ended up with two options. One option is a 30x60 plot in sector d12/1 and the other option is a 35x70 plot in g13/3. Now i want an advice which one one would be a better investment in terms of facilities,location and future prospects. Thanks!!
Mustafa sb,What is the purpose of buying?Living or investment?It all depends upon your preferences.People who want to live at convenient location prefer G series while those who want to live near margala go for d12 but i feel d12 to be very expensive.Btw also add g-14/4 to your as it is better than G-13/3 location wise and u can also get a bigger plot there in may be some reasonable price.

Mustafa sb,location wise G-13,G-14 is better connected to Islamabad because of Kashmir Highway plus motorway at the other end and Saddar connectivity aswell.For D12,it is in the corner,away from Islamabad plus expensive.Infrastructure wise,both are below average i would say.For the price of 30x60 in D-12,you can get a 40x80 in G-14/4.Bigger house offers more comfort so now it is upto you to decide.Potential wise,G-13,G-14 can give better returns because of metro and new airport inauguration in the coming months.Also bigger plot size has more capacity to grow and appreciate.And i would also suggest you to either go in G-13/1 or G-14/4 because they are located right on the Kashmir Highway.Dont opt for the subsectors lying at the back.For guidance and best deals,u can contact me at 03455370978.
Agreed. In other words, if you want to live in a calm and quiet place, go for D 12. Otherwise, G 13/1, G 13/4 and G 14/4 are very good options.
