I second the views of Mr. Khan about univ. Town and roshan pakistan. Please don’t get trapped in these two societies.

Dont go for such societies which mentioned by Mr.Khan and Khan sahib.Sorry to say in good societies like B-17,Bahria and DHA 5-years installment not exist. I believe 3-year instalments exist.Senior members please correct me if i am wrong.

What are the 3 years options for instalments? Some one told me b17 f block but now I have heard that it was just rumours.

I just believe Dha and Bahria,
B-17 is good if they openly clear the issues in D and E blocks.
Always think safe investment.
Why you said stay away from these societies?if you have solid justification you can tell.n mr Waqas said 5 year instalment plan not for short time.in this time period these will gv very good return.n these are in reach of low income peoples.if you know other societies in instalments you guide them.
And in roshan Pakistan I have also buy a plot 2months back for your kind information.
N b17 is better no doubt if thy givining in instalments go for it.dont misguide othrs without any solid justifications.

Yes CDA canceled noc in 2013 due to slow development after 7 years.but society said matter is resolved .but its not in illegal societies of zone 2 check on CDA website. N noc is even not matter for me may be matter forcyou.as behria naval gulberg ghouri all have noc probs.development is on going at site.

I give you one hint you need to do some checks for 2xweeks atleast in different societies and check following things,
1 : Get info from OLX on daily basis and check No of deals in every society on daily basis.
2: Check Daily jang and see the adds of Sale/purchase in different societies.
3: Get info from your close friends,relatives who have plots in different societies and get thier experience.
4:Call atleast 5-6 dealers of each society and dont ask them to buy a plot.Ask them you want to sell your plot to check market rate and compare thier prices.
5:Make field visit to all those societies where you are palning to invest.Get photos and info of devolpment speed,map, society approval from CDA etc.
When you get all info from above points then analyse and decide.
Ahmed Sab you are right but I disagree slightly big societies hv plots more then 10000 n small have 1000to 2000 plots n how you can compare sale n purchase of diff societies n wWaqas is asking for instalments not cash so options are limited.
