I would suggest you to go for Lahore. Because Bahria Town Lahore is quite developed and investors are there. So, Bahria Lahore is one of the best options.
If you are restricted to Bahria only, go for Behria Enclave Islamabad. Currently it is the best option
Go for Bahria Town - Sector F or Bahria Green Valley. It will give you a good return in a 1 or 2 years.

Bahria Green Valley is not officially announced but dealer says it is close to Bahria Orchard Lahore. The down payment of 5 marla file is around 3 lacs and quarterly installment is 2,62,500 and installment will be started in january. However, 10 marla down payment is around 5 lacs and quarterly installment is 4,12,500.
Go for Bahria Enclave Islamabad.
