CBR 2 all dues clear against land plot on cash
Blue world city overseas block on installments
Rawat side near to Ex.New Pindi existing DHA 3
Keep in mind all these options are long term.
The other good investment will be to keep US Dollors for 3 years and it will give you a better raise and your investment is in your hands as well.
No problem try JKCHS Kashmir Model Town, Al Haram City
JKHS and alharam city will progress in long term
DHA Valley un-balloted open file
Stick with on ground options that would be the key of success

Al haram is overpriced society. Prices are like Capital smart city but development is inferior compared to Capital smart city
Both are quite far only reason I would say Al Haram has a edge is it’s probably going to be nearer to the RRR
Sir, Alharam is at max 3 to 3.2 lac/Marla where you can get possession on down payment (approx 25%). It goes from 3 Marla to 1 Kanal. It's way closer to Saddar and most populated of any other project on Chakri Road. Direct access from Chakri Road.
Not the ideal of projects but fits the bill for what it offers in that price.
CSC is a totally different game with it's plus/minuses.

Don’t buy in Alharam City. Residents of their first phase have gone to NAB and are protesting since they are not providing any facilities. Check YouTube for details.
Yes, not ideal but unfortunately such problems are commonplace with all these projects with a tempting Tag of under 1 million. Though not sure about severity of issue in this case, facts remain for example:
- AHC will have issues with services
- P8 ext. Will not give you possession even after a decade
- Likes of BWC will oversell without NOC
The list goes on... Out of all the evils, selecting the lesser one could be a better decision, i.e., a possession plot than to be hanging in thin air with files.
One of the best option could be open land around Bani Gala, Adyala Road, etc. The Challenge is to find one without litigation, registry clear and still not sure when Gas, Water etc. Arrives!
A common man like me can’t verify all these things that’s why I am leaning towards CBR Phase 2.
CBR-2 in one way or another (under 1 million) reflects pretty much same scenario.

Only available under 1 million is Residencia Block, that got lots of hype but for now that stands as a huge Hit or Miss of future, depending on pace of development! In last 1 years thats significantly depreciated but anticipations are high for rebound...

Other brothers mentioned very good options in your budget, let me add another option, check chakra road and lakhu road area, its behind taj residencia, you can get a plot 1.5 - 2 lac per marla ready for construction. That area is not very distant and it will rise once taj residencia, margalla view and other societies get populated and ring road will pass through this area.
