I have bought a plot in Gulberg Residencia. I have got only one provisional transfer letter from society office. In that letter plot number or block number is not mentioned. Only registration number is mentioned. But on transfer fee slip which I submitted to bank have block number at least. I asked for file then they said that you will get it on possession? Whether its the way about it? Or they should give me the whole file and not only one transfer letter?
Normally societies provide only transfer letter and file remains with them. So don’t worry!
You will get everything, it is safe, visit the society and they will guide you, Nothing to worry about.
Same question was raised in my mind when i bought plot there but nothing to worry this is their procedure
They must have given you a Rs20 note aswell …keep it safe because that will be your plot id… Dont go buying lassi with that note…lol
