I am interested to buy a plot near motorway in islamabad/rawalpindi. The objective is for residential purpose. I would like to have it ready for construction in next 2-3 years. I have heard of capital smart city but several people are also discouraging me to buy there. Is there any advice please? Thanks in advance for your input. Cheers!
