Plot investment advice gulberg residencia

I want to buy 5/7 marla plot in gulberg residencia.Budget is around 35 to 40 lakh.I need an advice which block to choose which most likely can give me good profit after 3 to 4 years.

There is a new deal of 5 to 20 Marla on installments.

Lumpsum 35 to 40 may be Block P. 45+ is T, V blocks with possession. In Gulberg best are possession ones with safe and secure that appreciate overtime with construction activity around. Files seems better but very very long term.

Possession plots in GR will be the better choice it will give you the ease of converting plot with cash at anytime. As Imtiaz sb rightly indicated it will appreciate over time definitely.
