I want to start construction of house at the earliest. Can I get one Kanal or smaller plot for the purpose in max 5 million in DHA II Ext.
Further any idea regarding start of construction activity in sector D-18?
Dont go in dha ext, no development started yet (15 years project). This is my opinion , u must visit urself .

Harris is right sir…I think he may be referring to K and L blocks…
Dha ext is a very long project. Its not suitable. Chk k,l,m,n blocks of dha phase 2 but i donot have any price idea

Do you have any research on DHA Lahore, Phase 6, 7,8 & 9.
What are the prospects of Phase 9 file and if some one wants to buy the plot where should be a suitable location.

Any ways sir do not know much about dha lahore but i am also keen to know as one of my uncle is interested to invest 15 million there..Btw people usually recommend phase 7 for 1 to 2 years investments where price of kanal varies from 7 million to 11 million varying because fo blocks and location..W block is considered to be the best..
