Asalam o Alaikum all,
I am looking to buy a plot in Bahria Town Lahore, can anyone suggest if it is beneficial to buy plot in Bahria Town for investment purposes, I am looking to gain/appreciation in value.
Does anyone has any idea how much it will cost me for 8 to 10 Marla plot, I am in overseas and its not easy for me to come to Pakistan for research.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Bahria town Lahore prices are already on peak, not good for investment but good option if you want to live there
I suggest buying a plot in bahria springs its inside ahram e misr ( Egypt style community)

Not good idea to buy in BT.....you can go for some new schemes to get benefit of that....

Try Sui Gas Phase-2 or NFC-2… As they are affordable currently…with lesser risk, and having good potential in the coming future.
Thanks to all who clarified the situation for me. Somehow I diverted to Defence Residency Islamabad DHA phase 2 for a 2 bed + lounge apartment on the Down payment & installment basis I need advise that:
1- is this a good move for investment purposes considering the fact that rental income is also expected in case I plan to keep for a while. 2- I am about to finalize a deal with an agent for 2 bed + lounge flat for 32 lac in Defence Residency, is this a fair price? Where do you the prices on the next 2-3 yrs? 3- Agent suggested that Defence Tower could be better choice for investment purposes but those are little expensive. Should I prefer Def Tower over Def Residency by stretching myself??
