Should i invest in bahria town isl phase-8 umar block?
I want to construct a house so kindly advise accordingly.
7 Marla Near Lane G and 10 Marla plotting for 52 Lac. The plot is located on high ground.
7 Marla in Lane D Umar Block 56 Lac.

BAhria safari valley is good for livingpurpose as major chunk of 7 marla is located there with all facilities of daily life such as scheels hospitals, markets. But with these pros there are few cons as well, Such as 30 ft streets insead of 50 feet. No foot paths. And on the top most, the area of 7 marla ( 30x55) in safari valley is lesse than other 7-8 marla plots in other sectors that is 30x60. Just avoid filling areas. Best of luck.
