Plot in B 17

Aa all,

I want to get a plot in B-17 Block B on which I am planning to build a house within a year or so.

If anyone can guide me on its future prospect as far as building a house and living a life is concerned.

Moreover the rate of 1 Kanal plot ranges from 8.5 to 9m, so does the price justify its location or the price is high.

Well, B-17 is good for investment, not for living, at least not now.

I am panning to live after an year or so.

@Salman, even after 2 years you won't be able to live there in a satisfactory way. There is still no gas and no population, no commercials as well. If you want to live in Zone-2, your best choice could be G-15 where hundreds of houses are built with full commercial activities and a nice central location. All other services like gas, electricity, water is available. Water is provided by society tube wells. The current brice in b block of B-17 has already factored-in future prospects. So currently it seems on higher side.

For living in B 17 you have to wait for MA become operational. For investment still lot of potential

And with all these issues another issue is margalla crushing ,i know many persons who want to live in b 17 but they are not living there just bcz of crushing

MA completion, resolution of crushers issues , new islamabad airport completion all will take two to three years. Probably after three years B 17 will be good to live

So my priority for living at this stage or an year after should be G 15 with this much budget of 8 to 9M.

Can anyone kindly guide me on which is the best place to invest now, say I have got 4M with me.

I would suggest you to buy two 30x60 plots in Multi Residencia, after possession in July 2014, you will get good return, In Sha Allah.

Or

You can buy one 35x70 plot in E-Block of B-17m fter possession in July 2014, you will get good return, In Sha Allah.

Both are very safe investment options for 4 million.

Yesterday i went to G-15 with this thought to do some investment and when i visited the sector i foun Only one main entrance road in better condition and the rest almost every street is damage. I was too shocked because i visited G-15 after 2 years and i was expecting some improvement. But i am sorry to say i found worse condition than before.I am sorry to say i have same feeling for G-14 and I-11. Now i change my mind to buy a demolishable house and build a new house on it in a devolpe sectors.

G-15 development standard is just normal though better then g 13 but not like multi or bahria , however after election and new management there is a chance of improvement if they carpeted roads then this sector will increase it prices as services are there and underground water availability is sufficient. With this budget u can find 1r marla plot in g 15. Also check CDA sectors

B block prices are already sky rocket.

I think you have got a good option of investing in C block as the prices are within the range because of the market is on a still for the last few months so you will get a good plot at a reasonable price at this time.

You have to wait for sometime to let the sector develop but I visited B block and many houses are built in this sector along with some shopping malls already constructed and few were near to completion.

I can perceive a very bright future for B 17 as heard from someone that MA is likely to be completed by Jan 2015, so it's a good move...........
