I am afraid d block will be soon in reverse gair if situation remains same what it is now. But if Multi manages to get possession of d block and start development there, then its price will be almost same as C and E block.
8 marla good location plot price in E block would be 40 plus in august 2014.

Yes prices in whole b17 is little bit in reverse. But it was expected since recent b17 big jump in prices was without any reason on ground. And price of kanal in b block crossed 1 koror. But now same plot is available in 90. But future of b17 is good without any doubt and prices will again rise after few months, hopefully near possission in e block and later when any solid news will come in market about margalla avenue. And after margalla avenue completion(2 or 3 year) b17 will be the most prefered sector to live in whole zone 2 islamabad. And expensive as well.
B-17 has a bright future ahead, although prices might correct little a bit in the short term, but good investment in the medium to long term. Thanks
Yes Future is of B-17 in Zone 2, as Moterway Interchange at AWT will be linked to G.T Road via B-17 in few months and then development of remaining Margala road will be started to link D-12 with G.T road.
So there are three Stages of Jump in B-17 E block,
- When possession in E block will be offered (expected from
Jul 2014 to Oct 2014)
When AWT Moterway interchange linked to G.T road via B-17
When Margala road will be operational
I foresee Finally the prices of good location 30x60 plots in E-block will reaches to 80K after the above three actions max in 3 years.
