Dha-2 sector k/l one kanal or Emar Canyon Views 18 marla to one kana? It is roughly the same price range for both.
Emar canyon is better. It is also DHA Emar Canyon.
Dha 2 K and L block is much better investment…

Emaar looks pretty in pictures but when i visited it was a different story, Despite having sold all of their houses the area looks abandoned. Houses are rotting, according to their marketing guy most houses belong to overseas Pakistanis and they stay empty most of the time. Didn’t find any commercial area too. Their security is good though.
Marketing guy is just lying, they could not sold these houses even with DHA tag on it.
EMAAR seems to be a good option.
They are both in the same location so area wise they are not different. Price wise DHA is less then Emaar. I would ask the following if someone can make it clear so we can compare them.
1-how is the reputation of providing utilities such as water, electricity ,Gas ?
2- is there any monthly or annual maintenance fee by both emaar or DHA
3- Is there a commercial area planned ?
Living in Dubai I was excited to see an emaar development in Pak. It however felt like a ghost town with empty houses and tumbleweed like those old western movies. One small commercial area.
Most of the houses in EMAAR bought by foreigners and they only visit here on holidays, but they are very secure. DHA-2 sector K and L prices are low right now and it’s good time for investment in DHA-2 Sector K and L. Prices in Sector K & L will get double in next 1 year because of the New Islamabad Express-way Expansion. And same goes to EMAAR prices will increase there too in next one year time.
How are Emaar prices since start of work on Islamabad Highway Expansion project?
Dha phase2 K and L is much better than Emar Canyon.

Emaar Canyon Views is a good choice at current rates. But more investors flock to DHA generally speaking so prospects of price increase are better in DHA-2.
