Timing?
If material is on time and digging is complete than 1.5 months for structure.1 month for plaster. Finishing depends on the requirment.

It can start Rs.1800 to no limit... Depends on design and finishes.
You cannot compate one contractor with other because every1 giving his own scope of works and finishes. You can compare in Grey structure for some instance but not in finishes. Every client has his own choice and budget.
If you execute construction works through us we can give you 50% discount on design.

1350 per sq ft for grey structure and 2700 too 3000 with complete finishing.
All together it will cost you anything between Rs. 1800 to 2200 depending on finishing criteria…This includes the structure,marble,electric/plumbing, wood work,windows/ gate and paint…
