I have 10 m plot#4xx in Bahria phase 8 F3. Please advise if I should sale it and purchase in 5 or 8 Marla in Bahria enclave for good investment return in duration of 1 or 2 years.
Or I should hold it till possession.
Bahria Enclave prices are also going up rite now, but 5,8 marla in BE are also files like F3, F3 is certified, they have NOC, so i guess you should keep your F3 file for sometime, as prices will increase there when you get possession, later you can buy a plot in Enclave. Regards,

One of my friend suggested that’s its time to sale in Bahria P8 F3 nd time to purchase in Bahria Enclave. He told that F3 is already on peak price nd less chance of further raise but enclave hav good potential
Bahria Enclave is the next big thing, all money is being shifted there, profit on a 5 marla plot in Enclave which is not yet developed, is 7-9 lacs, and prices are increasing day by day, as soon as NOC advertises the new NOC they got, prices will increase more, so, it is the best time to invest in Bahria Enclave rite now.
