I have bought a plot and plannig to construct my house in bahria ph-3 rawalpindi.
Your advise will be appriciated if you can guide me dhai ph-2 is better option or bahria ph-3.
How much area did you buy? It depends upon the approach and budget that you can invest for your home. If you cannot invest much amount then ph-3 is good option. There are also many other schemes where you can but a plot to construct and these are really good areas. Tasawar bhai DHA has better future inshaAllah. For the time being Bahria is the craze.

Yes, DHA is a good option but I am talking about the facility like Bahria town has its own power generating plant and in this electricity shortfall age, they are not dependent.
