Eid mubarak to everyone. I need advice on making a very important decision and i could think of no better place than zameen.Com . Here is my current dilemna.
I have 45 to 50 lac budget at the moment for buying on-ground plot in lahore. People recommended me to buy lake city 5 marla somewhere in m7. However, some people also advised i go for bahria town lahore sector-e jinnah block. I have not really been given any other decent options till now. If i have to choose, bt sec-e attracts me more due to its location just below developed sec-c and its vicinity to important landmarks.
My main aim is to get good return on investment while also having an option to build in next couple of years and live there if my situation requires it. Kindly advice if there are better options out there in this price range and any precautions.

BAHRIA on ground plots are definitely a better option!
