I am interested to buy a plot in dha gujranwala wondering if that is going to be good investment for few years protective.
Please advice for any other development as well with the budget of 25 lac with good return in few years time.

Prices in DHA Gujranwala are less (16.5 lac for 10 marla and 26.5 lac for 1 Kanal. DHA Peshawar, Bahawalpur etc have higher prices.
So it is a good investment, but you have to be patient, may be 2-3 years, then you will see some good profit.
DHA Gujranwala has a long way to go forward, still no updates regarding the acquired land, noting is official as such.
In my personal opinion, DHA Multan is better opportunity in comparison with DHA Gujranwala. But if you want to invest for 3-5 years then it definitely is a safe investment.
