DHa Gujranwala 10 marla best in this budget. It will give good return in 3 years. Now a days file available in lowest rates i.e 1.6 M.
Option 2 is Bahria Town Karachi 5 Marla. Now a days its v down but it will go up omce BTK instalments are complete in 2018
