I want to rent out my plaza on islamabad highway near khana pul adjecent to tm cng. It is highly accessable, link road is only few meters away. It is basement plus 4 floor plaza. Total covered area is 80000 sq ft. The structure is ready we would furnish it according to the demand of the company. Parking is available. I want to rent it out to a private company or similar. So suggest me what should i do? Who should i approach? Any companies in mind?
