Salam. Plz visit Whitepearlinternational.com We have built various commercial projects. Rates would depend on what will be the structural drawings but general rate is as under.
Rs 2000/sqft for basement, +
Rs 1500/sqft for ground floor +
Rs 1350/ sqft for remaining 4 floors.
AS said this is just a general rate actual rate will come after checking the structural drawings.
