Phase 8 Z Block Prices

Dear property experts please shed some light on the balloting of Z block in Phase 8 Lahore... More over how the prices of plot files are expected to change in 2014 in Phase 8.

No confirm news regarding the balloting of Phase-8 Z block as well as Phase-9 DHA Lahore. Actually expected location of Z-block is not very good.

Keeping in view the history; whenever any files converts into possession plot, its price increase substantially till that time. Phase-8 Z-block is a long term but very safe investment. Long term means around 5-years. If you can hold the file for long time then you can surely earn handsome profit.

I also have 10 Marla file in DHA Phase 8 Z block and am also worried due to decline in price.

As i know the expected location is in front of Lahore School of Economics that i think is not a bad one.

Last December i visited Lahore and met with one property agent.According to him DHA is going to construct a road that will give additional access to this block from Wahgah side. Also DHA has started to allot more plots to high rank Army personnel in this block.

I did this investment for long term and am not in hurry to get any good return.

Please share if anybody have any valuable information.

Your information is correct regarding the expected location of Z-block. It will be adjacent toLSE but on the other side of Barki Road. It will be alone block which will be located other side of Barki Road. Even if your info is correct and dha gives it road from wahga then what will be its benefit? Who travels through wahga road? Security is serious concern my friend? My comments are based on today's situation. What happens after 15-years, only Allah Almighty knows better.

As you already have bought it; my suggestion is to keep this file now. 5-years is a decent time for property investment. During that time; I believe dha would have developed many things to make Z-block attractive. They can not leave this block isolated, its very simple. Dha to phir dha hey na. Pls do not consider it sb ort term investment. InshaAllah; you will get good profit from this file after 5-years.

Different people have different opinion about phase-8 and phase-9. In my view; phase 8 location is much better than phase-9. Thers is one “ganda naala” in phase-9. All those plots which are located near ganda naala which is quite big will be sold at much lesser price. Phase-9 is located quite deep inside. On the other hand; phase-8 is located at the edge of commercial broadway and also commercial center of phase-6 which is the largest in dha lahore. It is also close to airport. So; phase-8 surely have edge over phase-9. The only issue is time. How much time you can wait for it. I would suggest you to keep your file in locker an d forget it for next 5-years. Make up your mind clearly about it.

Still if your heart is not satisfied then you should convert your investment from phase-8 to phase-9. Bhai sb; dil ki tassali hona bohat zarori hota hi.
